Video Performance Limited / Music Mall

VPL is the collecting society set up by the record industry in 1984 to grant licences to users of music videos, eg. broadcasters, programme-makers, video jukebox system suppliers.

Whoever owns the rights in a music video can become a member – membership is free – and the licence fee income we collect from users is paid out to our members (after deduction of admin costs).

We currently have approximately 900 members – from the major record companies to the smallest independents - and 50,000 music videos registered with us.

Music Mall, a division within VPL, sources and supplies music videos to a range of clients.

Because of our contacts in all the record companies and the access we have to their archives, Music Mall can provide a very quick and efficient service, particularly for older titles which can be very difficult to find.

On this website you can search a selection of 20,000 music videos titles, place an order or simply send us a wish list.
